Excellent, it's working. I'm on game version 3411/1.70 btw for modding reasons so the game doesn't keep updating. A few things I'd fix,
1- The mini-map is behaving a little weird maybe because of some other mini-map mods I have like DNX chilliad town (It adds its own mini-map so the files are edited already because of that maybe) and colorful radar if it can be fixed or instructions are posted maybe we can fix it on our own. The mini-map has a purple tint to it kindly help to remove that too so its like the base game.
2- The buildings at the edges of the map have gaps they look ugly. There should be an update to fix it asap.
3- The roads at the edges of the map which fall off from the map should be blocked by unbreakable barriers placed at the very end of the edge so we can't fall off.
It's beautiful the lights could be a little less bright tho.
Was there a 2.0 version created cause I found one on another site which says

Found another mod and tweaked it to match this and no notification in the start of the game anymore. Clean.

Ok one problem is when you ads in first person view and use the iron sights it doesn't go away and that doesn't look clean, it should most definitely go away at that time. Except that it's absolutely perfect.
@MANSAUG I understand. I have the latest version too, but cause of constant updates and not being able to play with my mods I installed another version just to mod. Thank you anyway.
