EDIT: you're right @vithepunisher, it was indeed the vice city mod. Since I installed it with OpenIV, I had to manually trace back to the directories of that mod's file locations and replace with the vanilla ones. Thank you and thank you Vans :)
@vithepunisher Can you tell me the directory of the files that the vice city's maps affected? It's installed via OpenIV and it doesn't come with an uninstall, so I have to revert the files back to original manually
@Vans123 you might find this interesting: I just tried that, to no avail. I was able to run the racetrack and a vice city mod simultaneously before as well. I'm not experiencing crashes as yet, it's just the textures.
In addition Vans, I don't even think my issue is related to your mod. I disabled the 'ring for a bit and I'm having texture issues with the trees ingame even with your race track uninstalled. I must've done something wrong to my game files and I can't figure what. I really don't wanna resort to a fresh start since I haven't backed up my mods folder in a while :/
Any assistance from you or anyone else is greatly appreciated really. But in the meantime you deserve 5 stars because the track is amazing and fun to use.
I'm having the same issue as @vithepunisher. The textures on my screen are flickering. The track was fine 30 minutes ago, and I even removed the 2 mods I installed after the occurrence.
@Vans123 I removed and reinstalled the mod with no success.
Could someone please guide me as where do I go from here? Is it YTD files? If so, where do I begin?

I get loading screen forever, even after removing the extra ytd textures (I don't have any custom ones from previous mods so these were the first ones).
Decided to remove the 16charger folder from dlcpacks and put the meta and ytd files back to original state, and I'm STILL with a loading screen.
I have no idea what is going on, and I know it has to be this mod because I boot up the game after every mod I install.
