Which mod is everyone using that causes the taser spam and the cops not advancing, acting like they have normal guns? Using only this mod doesn't seem to have the issue.
Someone may have figured this out already, but the Nervous Ron mission is still doable. The lights can be shot out as normal as long as you don't zoom in all the way with the scope.
