I've fixed the Access Violation error, however when I spawn the cars, the lights for some reason flash white and not blue. Why is this?
@BritishOfficer when I try to install the pack using OpenIV... It starts the install then OpenIV gives and error message saying "EAccess violation, OpenIV.exe will need to restart."
Why is this happening?

@dowse999 Ignore my other comment about this skin not working. Turns out I just needed to update OpenIV.
I've followed the steps in the read me file, however when I go to select the character in Native Trainer, it is still the regular GTA cop skin? Why is this?
