But maybe read the title first before running your mouth? It clearly says "Rubicon custom handling add-on mod", which means the DLC includes both Stock and Custom versions inside.
Everything is already packed — you just had to look inside before dropping a lazy-ass comment.

This mod is originally based on another author's work. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the original creator to give proper credit.
