guys how to get the parachute car mod ?

I checked the video very thoroughly and have found that i had followed your steps exactly the same way..EXCEPT...there was a difference in my GTA 5 directory..in the mods/update.rpf/x64/textures folder instead of having so many .ytd folders as u have shown in the video (time 6.40)..i have only two ytd folders!!..frontend.ytd and fxdecal.ytd..there is no graphics.ytd folder there that i can replace..this is the problem..i tried to create one with the .dds from you..but it didnt work..am sorry for all this trouble friend..but heres how am stuck..:-(..help!

i have tried following all the instructions..but the game crashes..please can someone upload a video showing how to install it properly..i have the latest patch 1.14 and everything up-to-date..scripthook v and scripthook.net and all..i really want this mod..please show me the proper way to get it done..thank you and love.peace.
