The npc random weapons including drivers still does not work from bugfix 3 onwards - when I shoot towards npcs & vehicles they just scram (bugfix 2 I would get random chaos when shooting)
I found what I think is a bug.
World option - area effects - Pedestrians - Peds armed with.... - in the new udate if i select any option &
World option - area effects - Pedestrians - Advanced Config - select - effect includes drivers - when I aim at vehicles then they usually attack / & a red dot appears on the hud(not all vehicles). the above does not seem to work anymore. - oddly enough I am certain that I updated the mod the last few times. it still works on Update 40 bugfix 2 (bugfix 40 - previous version) But I am also certain it was working just the other day before the most recent update. - I hope this is not too confusing.

I fixed the "bug" - I had neglected to update the update.rpf in the mods folder of OpenIV.
