@lordblackhand @BubulleTeam Did some digging, this mods incompatible with any mod that changes the map. NaturalVision, Liberty City Remix, etc. He said in a video there's no workaround, I just chose to not use any HKH mods.
@BubulleTeam how were you able to fix the crash on startup? I see the messages about MPMaps but then it crashes.
