yes, use this mod and then delete the PedSelector.dll from the script folder of AddonPeds 3.0.1, download Improved PedSelector and put PedSelector.dll and PedSelector.ini (in this file if you want to change the letter "L" right click- edit and save, I use F11)
Still works gta5 v1.0.3411.0, use this PedSelector: https://es.gta5-mods.com/scripts/improved-pedselector and las version ScriptHookVDotNet-v3.7.0-nightly.14.
