Okay, so indeed, i discovered this is only penthouses my game can't load i guess because my character falling only when i get penthouse! but how to do ....?

When I buy Penthouses of some appartment in the Eclypse tower (exepted the basic appartment 1) and i press E to enter, i arrive in the tower but my character is falling through the floor ! i've try a lot of different things to doens't have this anymore but nothing... is someone know ??
