If Anyone still wondering if this mod still works in 2025, yes and no. This mod still works though only for the OCB Balla Ped. I installed the South Rancho Balla textures and it had messed up the textures and just basically looks messy.
For those wondering if this mod works it doesnt, there isnt no OIV in this file anymore
