@avydrado if your GTA 5 files are corrupted by this mod, delete the "update" folder in game directory and delete also GTA5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe
DON'T DELETE PlayGTA.exe
run the game by press "PlayGTA.exe"... the game updating himself with original files and the game will run again!
to install correctly the "IV Pack" mod, install "OpenIV.asi and install the game in the "mods" folder... then, go to the mod folder, cut the "pres" folder (GTA5\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks) and copy it in GTA5\update\x64\dlcpacks... don't move the update.rpf in GTA5\mods\update
now, the mod will run correctly!
P.S.: whit this procedure you can't add the GTA4 cars by trainer menu list if you use the "simple trainer" like me. If you use the "simple trainer", add the cars by model name options.
