Awesome mod. Finally a school bus in GTA V.
I'm surprised someone has yet to mention that this bus came from Driver: San Francisco.
FINALLY WE CAN EDIT HOW WE CAN CUSTOMIZE THE DEFAULT GTA V CARS!
Although I haven't downloaded this yet, your work on the Finance and Felony cars is excellent and this will be worth it. I won't mind the non-working Tropos lights or non-working dials, but I hope there'll be a fix on the next update regarding the latter. Thanks!
@=Sammy= That's weird, I'm literally working on one of the earliest versions of GTA V (pre-Ill-Gotten Gains Part 1) and the mod actually works with some default GTA V cars replaced and have several new add-ons (Toyota Supra, Toyota GT-86, 2 Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesses, BMW M3 GTR, Honda Integra DC2 Type-R, Karin Sultan RS, and Nissan Skyline GT-R R34), a few script mods and a graphical mod. Never did a reinstall since I got the game.
@Loosekid187 all vehicles are in this. Bestia GTS, FMJ, Volatus, Nimbus, Tug, Reaper, Windsor Drop, XLS, XLS (Armored), Rumpo Custom, Brickade, 811, Prototipo, Seven70. The last 3 are due to be released in a future update (as data is already present, including those unique sounds for the Prototipo).
I just downloaded it and can confirm it actually works for version 350.1. However, there are a few issues:
-Vehicle names are absent, missing dlc.rpf/x64/data/lang directory, I had to add the vehicle names in another GXT file
-Grotti Prototipo has its door animation bugged, I had to use the Infernus door animation to mitigate it
-Grotti Bestia GTS is bouncing on exit, however it may be my fault, as I replaced the handling ID from BESTIAGTS to CARBON (Grotti Carbonizzare, its closest cousin)
Some other issues are the ones you and I can't fix, including that I can't shoot from the side doors of the Bravado Rumpo Custom, missing textures for both Grotti Prototipo and Enus Windsor, and the non-retractable landing gears for the Buckingham Volatus. Still a great job, everything else actually works (y)
@thatguy2538 These cars aren't available for purchase online and they are like those hidden Lowriders and the Roosevelt Valor where they are already downloaded and it just needs some additional code to make them purchasable in a vehicle website. The problem here is the cars don't spawn normally in singleplayer unlike the pre-lowrider2 cars. It's probably Rockstar's way of attempting to mitigate people from driving around those cars in single player (because they aren't supposed to anyway).
I'm giving this a 5 simply because it's amazing that you found 3 supercar models that are ready to be released in a new update soon. The Seven70 is most likely a play on the One-77 naming, by the way :P
Perfect replacement for the XLS.
@Killatomate I have been using this mod for months now and I love the work you put in it. But the cars are just too slippery (I am sure a Veyron/Adder doesn't have a lot of wheelspin after 2nd gear going at 100+ kph), the bikes' turning radius is too wide, planes are hard to takeoff and land, and the bikes and planes are very bouncy (some planes like the cropduster are bouncing when parked). I hope you can see this and address these soon. There are also some new cars that need working on.
I think you should've used the Schafter V12/LWB sounds, but nevertheless it still sounds accurate.
