Unable to remove the .asi file from game folder

When I go to grab a ped using this mod, it instantly picks up the person as planned, but also a bicycle??
When switching character models through The Flash menu after using a particular model for a period of time (such as Flash 2024), my game crashes. Why would that be?

I've followed the description to installing the .OIV file. When I load the game, some of the suits I go to equip through the flash mod menu end up crashing my game..

@Barak101 You stated in previous comments that you were making The Future Flash suit (the one we see in 3x19 of The Flash in 2024). Once you have finished the suit and uploaded it onto this site, will it be be in this mod (The Flash Characters Pack) or will it be uploaded on its own (much like the Barry Allen mod that is on your mod page currently)?
I hope that makes more sense
