@PsychoRollerBlader I have the same problem too, But later I found out the other car pack mod I have installed called "Chum's Bucket of Classics Pack" by @Patão_Innertubey, there's some Oceanic left overs (excluding the model) in the files. All you have to do is to rename it to "oceanic2" or whatever you want and the textures should work correctly.
@TomCruisGta First in dnscout.ytd add the interior textures from 'granger2.ytd' from the Contract DLC (granger2_dash, granger2_dash_s, granger2_detail & granger2_interior) when done rename all dnscout files to police3.
Next, search up 'Police3' in OpenIV (Ctrl + F3) make sure to replace all the patch days (3, 4 & base) to fully replace it or otherwise it will not work.
This part is for the interior gauges to work correctly. search up 'vehicles_gendials' from Cayo Perico update and copy it and paste it to mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf also add 'granger2.ytd'
Now to vehicles.meta (Located in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta) search police3 and paste the data from dnscout vehicles.meta and then:
Handling: copy and add the dnscout handling.meta to the base game's (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\handling.meta)
And lastly the carvariations.meta in dnscout for the sirens to work correctly, copy the data from dnscout and name it to police3 or simply rename it to police3, and that's it.
Midnight Club: LA memories.
I have to watch the live-action Scooby-Doo movies again because of this mod.
Well done...
Now we need a police & pickup version.
I been waiting for this... also I like to see this car in GTA 6 in the future.
@PsychoRollerBlader Your welcome.

Awesome work! BTW do you accept requests? if do, you mind convert the Schyster Murray from GTA IV mod made by Spartan_112 to GTA V?
@TomCruisGta No problem.
