@Stallix Well in theory yes, but the issue is that it forces the new launcher to update so as far as we know this is update and launcher is a disease with no cure, not even treatment!
@TOWUnderR The update didn't change the update.rpf in your Mods folder, I was able to play LSPDFR and all my mods and cars are completely intact, including the RAGE mods (vehicles, weapons enhancer, etc.).
Just make sure you only use the MODS folder and not the vanilla game to install all mods, I reinstalled a few weeks ago and all mods are in the mods folder and because of that I have no issues with this update and you shouldn't too.
The bad news about this is that no launcher bypass mods work anymore because of the new launcher, there is no way to launch GTA without the launcher updating it, so indirectly Rockstar is preventing us from modding.
They honestly should've just kept the old method where you could play online and you only had to login to verify your game so you could keep playing. Now it's online only nice one R*.
Don't worry folks if we overcame the issue back in 2017 with Take-Two then hopefully we can this time. Just really frustrated I can't play GTA for god knows how long, was really looking forward to playing LSPDFR after classes.

Same here it's not loading for me even after the latest update, just an empty interior and I fall through grey hell when I walk through the doors.
@MvcGyver Do you have an ETA about the RSW mod? those gun sounds are amazing and the echo sounds are like that from milsim.
What gun sound mod are you using?, it sounds sick!

How long did it take to update SHV last time?

Can we use this in single player with our mod menu's, as in go in a GTAO solo session as an NPC?
I have to open spooner using F9 and then am able to open the actual menu, anyone else having this issue? I'm on the latest update.
