To answer @JoyLucien and for users in general:
If you want to focus on .dll scripts in your Scripts (scripts) folder, just type in "scripts\" or "Scripts\" in the white search box at the very top right of the tool. This will allow you to see which are user installed versus vanilla game dlls. The backslash will ensure you are in the scripts folder. Most users will not know this, but you can have subfolders in your scripts folders and they will be loaded. This tool is recursive so it will include subfolders as well. Personally, I separate my scripts from "enablers" such as lemonui, the original ifruitaddon, nativeui, and naudio files. Subfolders are very useful if you want to organize your scripts based on categories.
Of course most users will just use the standard scripts folder, so by default those dlls will already be at the bottom of the list.
PRO TIP: To manually stop a script from running you need to change the extension. If you rename a script but leave the extension as .dll it will still load. It might not work due to dependencies, but it will still be loaded.
This file has been approved automatically. If you think this file should not be here for any reason please report it.
This will certainly come in handy thanks!!
@JohnFromGWN That is another useful tool. Thanks👏
@ALEXSYS Thank you. I'm sorry the dlclist didn't work for you - im completely puzzled as to why!
@gtavjamal Im glad brother.
@JohnFromGWN That's okay🙂I still can use them with Option 1, or inside the mods folder with Option 2.
You can add an exclusion function, and the excluded files can not be displayed, such as the dll that comes with some games

@JohnFromGWN good
@JoyLucien thank you
@gtavjamal Would you able to do me a solid? I have a douche troll here who says it's impossible to run dlc outside of dlcpacks even though that's how i do it and have been doing it for years. Would you be able to test my tool for me?

Actually you don't need to replace your existing dlclist.xml. Just create a folder called DLC off the root, put one addon you don't have already installed, and run the tool. Then take that single line it created, copy it into your existing dlclist.xml and let me know if works. If you use Steam it should work.
One non-douche user, a very nice person, couldn't get it to work as well, but didn't make up BS that it was impossible. So possibly it doesn't work for all Platform Versions, or might be OpenIV version related. Or a pirated game?
@JohnFromGWN
Wtf trolls will be trolls, just ignore them like any annoying npc's.
We have no reason to doubt you or that it works fine and yes there could be any number of reasons it might not work for someone else.
Honestly no bs, I would love to help but currently no good to you sorry. Purposely I have no GTAV's to test with or access to computers able to run GTAV.
I was spending waaaaaaaaay too much time playing GTAV and not getting any work done lol.
For the time being and foreseeable future I still collect and keep tabs on new mods but no actual playing GTAV or any big games..
Btw. The computers I have can run OpenIV so if I can help in anyway without actually running GTAV lmk.
@gtavjamal no we're good and thanks. Don't worry and good luck with school! Like you said F***** the trolls, I just want to understand why this might only work with Steam.
