Safehouse Reloaded is the best alternative to Single Player Apartment II, Safehouse Reloaded Consumes less fps that SPAII, as of 10.0 the mod has seen a complete rewriten. 10.0 introduces direct intergration for starting heists from my Single Player Heists Mod, as well as allowing you to customize your character looks with full Playable Online Charater intergration. Safehouse Reloaded has also been drastically rewritten for simpler and more elegant design as well as less fps consumption, like SPAII by I'm Not Mental, this mod adds in all Silthouses, High End Appartments and Medium and Low Apartments. Without the need to consume a ton of fps. There have also been a ton of quality of life updates for the mod. The garage system has been compeltly redesigned to mirror what is found in GTAO Garages in SP. Animations like Wine, Whiskey and Bong have also been updated, they now look better than ever, with flowing liquid and ptfx. Work has also been done to entering an exiting apartment with new camera scenes as well as simplifing getting of objects inside apartment, that in old versions of the mod would consume fps.
Install
1. download and Install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet (SHVDN Nightly for latest game update)
2. create a scripts folder (named scripts and not Scripts) if you havent got one already
3. drag SafehousesReloaded.dll, SafehousesReloaded.pdb and SafehousesReloaded folder into script folder.
4. install my mod helper version 14.0 and up is required, put files in scripts (latest patch comes with mod)
5. install LemonUI for SHVDN3
6. install Ifruitaddon2 (comes in zip)
7. Apon opening game you should have purchasable house blips on your map. go to one to purchase the property or apartment.

At the moment, all my mods are being converted or have been converted to Scripthookvdotnet3, to not flood the scripts page with my mods, im only uploading 3 mods per day, leaving gaps inbetween other users mods, (I have had permission from 5mods admin to do this) as a result its going to take around a month for all my mods to be update to SHVDN3 builds on 5mods, so if you would like to get your hands on a mod of mine that has not been posted to 5mods yet, you can join my discord to get all updates to mod updated to scripthookvdotnet3, as well as Project Overthrow and The ECU Job in SP

@HKH191 I'm getting an error message on startup. Something about "AptExtra OnTick" ... know what that is?
Mod seems to work until you close and restart the game. Afterwards, the blip that marks which house you've purchased resets back to the "buy house" blip. The garages for every house or apartment also stop working after a restart. Also, the Eclipse penthouses do not work properly, as you can buy and enter them, but you cannot leave without using a trainer to teleport, which then breaks every other house until you restart the game.
Please fix ur mod, its insane how broken it is. I am not trying to be rude, but it took me 3 hours as the mod itself is just not working, and when it FINALLY worked there were so many bugs and glitches
And to people who are saying it could be "incompatible" to other mods it is not, as i have tried it 2 times, 1 with mods, 1 vanilla with no mods at all

@HKH191 I have installed lastest safehouse reloaded. When i save car in garage & exit. if i enter the garage on foot cannot see saved vehicle there but when i take a vehicle to garage it reappears again. Is there any fix for this ,rest are fine.

How can I fix the missing blips such as clothing store, gun store ?
Why when I use this mod it makes me go into the pub or the main character's house and I get stars, and when I leave the pub the stars disappear, so I can't dance or drink?
Man i long for the day when a modder will bring patch to the missing blips, why the hell they limit this at the first place. Even in FiveM we have limit like this
Guys, go try SPA II, more features (at least from my perspective for what I need), less buggy, less dependencies Just LemonUI 2.1.2. If you still prefer Safehouse reloaded, I suggest v9.0 or any other before the rework as some features work better and its less buggy (for me) and compatible ith more mods.

@Adi Kusuma freemode characters have no money, you can use my Playable Online Character mod to get around this

gave this mod more than enough tries to fix it.. the blips being unable to turn off turns off main missions/etc.
nah.. I'll do without kinda silly if its R* issue.. thanks for hard work at least
@HKH191 yo, i deleted the .asi and all mod files, but i’m still getting safehouses reloaded blips showing up on the map. what else do i need to nuke to fully uninstall this thing? is it saving flags or junk somewhere in my save file? mod’s cool, just wanna clean up properly. appreciate the help.
