Safehouse Reloaded is the best alternative to Single Player Apartment II, Safehouse Reloaded Consumes less fps that SPAII, as of 10.0 the mod has seen a complete rewriten. 10.0 introduces direct intergration for starting heists from my Single Player Heists Mod, as well as allowing you to customize your character looks with full Playable Online Charater intergration. Safehouse Reloaded has also been drastically rewritten for simpler and more elegant design as well as less fps consumption, like SPAII by I'm Not Mental, this mod adds in all Silthouses, High End Appartments and Medium and Low Apartments. Without the need to consume a ton of fps. There have also been a ton of quality of life updates for the mod. The garage system has been compeltly redesigned to mirror what is found in GTAO Garages in SP. Animations like Wine, Whiskey and Bong have also been updated, they now look better than ever, with flowing liquid and ptfx. Work has also been done to entering an exiting apartment with new camera scenes as well as simplifing getting of objects inside apartment, that in old versions of the mod would consume fps.
Install
1. download and Install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet (SHVDN Nightly for latest game update)
2. create a scripts folder (named scripts and not Scripts) if you havent got one already
3. drag SafehousesReloaded.dll, SafehousesReloaded.pdb and SafehousesReloaded folder into script folder.
4. install my mod helper version 14.0 and up is required, put files in scripts (latest patch comes with mod)
5. install LemonUI for SHVDN3
6. install Ifruitaddon2 (comes in zip)
7. Apon opening game you should have purchasable house blips on your map. go to one to purchase the property or apartment.

At the moment, all my mods are being converted or have been converted to Scripthookvdotnet3, to not flood the scripts page with my mods, im only uploading 3 mods per day, leaving gaps inbetween other users mods, (I have had permission from 5mods admin to do this) as a result its going to take around a month for all my mods to be update to SHVDN3 builds on 5mods, so if you would like to get your hands on a mod of mine that has not been posted to 5mods yet, you can join my discord to get all updates to mod updated to scripthookvdotnet3, as well as Project Overthrow and The ECU Job in SP

Hey, thank you for your hard work.
Sadly I am not able to find saved vehicles in the garages. They are always saved in a new created folder outside of the apartment folder and then cannot be accessed via the contacts or when entering the garage.
For me its not working the blips on the map are there but when i go to the apartment theres no teleport portal next to the door and i cant buy properties (mp maps enabled) PLS HELP

Anybody have an example of what the entry is supposed to look like in the ini file for player ownership. I imagine it just needs Micheal or player_zero... or something, but for example: "ECLIPSE_31_OWNER = None" I just need to know what value is needed where None is listed currently. I can't seem to buy the apartments in game either. I just get a menu that gives me an option to enter, I try to enter, I get a message that nobody has bought the place yet. Which is an issue if I have no way to buy it. lol

How does it work?
Is it possible to deactivate apartments i don't need to purchase and their map blips too.
or
Is there a way to have only one of each type of safe house?
If so, it would be great to solve some issues I've faced. which are;
i. All other game blips disappearing, and ii. Cars saving in different locations other than the safehouse garage intended.
@whatscheiser , @Mula5 try approaching a Dynasty8 sign somewhere near the entry ways of the safehouses. There seems to be slightly different locations for purchase & entry. Alternatively you could try enabling markers in the Main.ini file by changing the false value for "Enablemarkers" to true. For the player ownership recognition, i think the first letter of each game character should be the text that changes in the .ini file, as i saw an F after using franklin to purchase a safehouse. Hope this helps
The config file that allows you to enable or disable the properties doesn't seem to function. Whenever I turn off 90% of the properties the blips still pop up on the map.
@HKH191 hi Bro, I would really like to be able to play with this mod of yours but I have some problems: for some houses the menu that would allow me to purchase is not generated and for others I can make the purchase but I can only enter from the garage and when I try to enter at home, my character falls into the void with a parachute. Could you tell me if it's my problem?.....do I have to do something I haven't done? I hope for your response....in the meantime, thank you very much 😊
@HKH191 when i leave the garage for the apartment or outside, the car in the garage disappears and then i can't get into any buildings. all markers disappear. It is also not possible to buy a new building.

i have "ScriptHookVDotNet-v3.7.0-nightly.12".
how i can fix this problem? what version ScriptHookVDotNet do you have? do I need to install anything else besides what is described in the "readme"?
@HKH191 I experience the same issue as @JoeYoung. I'm playing the story missions and noticed that blips, such as smuggling the sleeper gas truck for the Vangelico heist, have gone missing. Only after removing this script does it appear again.
Hoping to hear from you soon, and as always we really appreciate the time and effort you put into addressing bugs for these mods.
tried ti disable a bunch of houses that i wont use and the other blips still appear

@HKH191 this is probably the only mod of yours I have problems with. I can see the blips on the map but when I go to the houses there's no teleport thingy or sign anywhere
what's also great for the script is a mechanic who delivers your car :)
When I drive into the garage with my car, there is parking there, but when I enter the garage again, the garage is empty or when I drive back in with the car, the number of cars doubles. How do you fix this?
