Because of the sheer file size of replacing everything, this mod is split into pieces for installation. This file has everything for replacing the main characters! [Excluding Trevor due to his file size being too big]

It started out as a simple mission to create my own custom add-on ped, but now it's dived into something bigger! Multiple characters are now directly replaced! I quite literally pulled off a "fine, I'll do it myself" move. ... I have too much time on my hands...
INSTALLATION
This is my first mod, and so my instructions are a little... wack. I highly recommend watching some tutorials first, because I'm horrible at explaining how! I've provided instructions in a text file in the download, but I highly recommend reading up on this page right here, https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/14693/quick-start-guide-to-modding-grand-theft-auto-v/2 , before you get to fiddling.
If you know your stuff, this should be simple as all you need (I think) is just Open IV to replace the files within the rpf!
FEATURES
Characters are directly replaced!
Said characters have accessories that were fiddled with to work with the said models!
Custom Shitty Textures made by yours truly for some clothing options!
Icons like phone profiles and the switch table have been replaced!
BUGS
The Bureau Raid mission for some reason crashes instantly upon the final cutscene, which sucks because I put a lot of effort into it.
Some characters who are taller or shorter (Lester, Lamar, Dave, and Steve) are floating off the ground in cutscenes
Not all missions have been messed with yet! Some missions have accessories fitted onto characters perfectly with different textured outfits, while others do not so much, while others aren't touched at all.

Is there any passion to do the rest for Danganronpa or just this one off?
Taking a break at the moment, but more characters will be added! Right now Im just trying to get the NPCs into a folder for download, later down the road more npcs will be added, currently looking into replacing Michael's family!

@MyBoat I have! About 3 days ago. I was originally gonna have him in the mod but the damn file limit meant I had to put him in a separate mod upload, which includes icons too. That one's been stuck in waiting for admin approval despite it being uploaded the same day as this one.
with k-on it would be perfect.

@Molot_Vepr_308 Okay, let's hope your approval seems to me a pretty good mod since hardly anyone makes replacements of the main characters with models from other games.
