@cosmicspit After you have copied the file into the specified directory, start your game and create/edit the MP Freemode Female model. Edit the head of the model and scroll through until you find the one you just installed. It's easier if you use a trainer like the one here >>> https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp.
