Replaces the "LS Panic Yellow Jersey" and "LS Panic Yellow Shorts" with Akashi Seijuro's Jersey. The set can be normally bought at a Suburban.

Replace the files at
x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
with the ones in the download.

I'd like to make all the Generation of Miracles' jerseys eventually, but for now, enjoy!
