Installation: Drag and drop the files inside the "resources" folder to the following directory:
(GTA V > mods > x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamed_players.rpf > player_one)
Note: If you wish to replace the current varsity jacket in the game, rename the "007" in both files to "012", and make sure to include decl_diff_005_a_uni when dragging and dropping into the directory.

About: First conceptualized in the late ’00s, Kanye West‘s Pastelle was to be the rapper’s first fleshed-out clothing line. Though it wasn’t his first flirtation with fashion — that would be Mascotte by K West, a scrapped concept from 2004 — Pastelle was an adventurous dive into the deep end of clothing design. The Pastelle varsity jacket is by far the most iconic of all the sample products that never made it into official production. Although there is a handful different variations of samples out there, mainly the jackets feature a pantone blue wool base, baby blue bottom half, red leather sleeve stripes, gold front logo embroidery, a large back logo embroidery, and 6 buttons pantone blue buttons with a final yellow button. Now a sample of these jackets can cost you an upwards of $10,000 from resellers.
