what EUP i need?

I've already searched for the mask in the game, but I can't find it. Please tell me how I find it and how I put it on.
how do we use this in SP for Franklin, Michael, and Trevor?
Not sure why, but using this mask with a FiveM Character that has tattoos causes the mask to be riddled with what appears to be some form of code line or some shit??? (Just looks like blurry lines of @ symbols and various other letters.)
