@gabrielaugusto man, you need to rename "mppatches.rpf" folder to "backup" cuz srsly it's vanilla head in there as @AlinaFox said.

@gabrielaugusto but it is, first time i put file from mppatches.rpf to ingame mppatches.rpf and checked it just to be sure and it was trevor's head. and in game it had hitman's eyes and all but head was still trevor's. But when i took head_000_r from others your file it did fit as it should be. you simply can check it by putting both files in openIV and taking look at them.

Vous volé le travail des autres sans leur demander (je n'apprécie pas cette façon de faire) !

You did not release any more updates and I kept waiting! don't worry if you have trevor with big eyes you just have to delete the ''head_000_r'' file. in your open iv after it will be bug free =)
