This livery requires the use of openIV!
This livery mod was made for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX Voltex:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mitsubishi-evolution-ix-voltex-add-on-fivem-extras-template
In the screenshot I am using rims from the following mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/various-wheels-pack-add-on
It is possible that I can adjust and transfer this livery to other cars with templates as well and I may do so in the future.

Installation:
steps:
- install the vehicle mod linked above if you haven't already
- open openIV and select edit mode
- Within the modded vehicle files, find and open the "topfoil.ytd" file of the car mod
- Select and open the ytd file so the Texture viewer opens up
- Select Import and then click on the attached png file
- Rename the vehicle to ensure a correct naming scheme [e.g topfoil_sign_1, topfoil_sign_2, topfoil_sign_3]
- Click save and Enjoy it :D
