1. Open OpenIV and enable Edit mode

2. Navigate to "GTA V\update\x64\dlcpack\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicle.rpf"

3. Drag and drop mule.ytd and mule+hi.ytd into "vehicle.rpf"

4. Navigate to GTA V\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

5. Drag and drop mule.ytd, mule2.ytd and mule2+hi.ytd into "vehicle.rpf"

6. Help fight the Foot!
