A simple pack that adds Add-On retro exempt plates to the game. Can be added to any government vehicle by a simple edit on carvariations.meta entry of the vehicle you want, with instructions available in the archive.
Comes in 4 styles. Municipal (octagon around the E) and State (Diamond around the E), in both early 90s and late 90s style.

Disclaimer for creators: According to my beta testing with various users, you can pre-add the plate carvariation code to your mods and if the user doesn't have this installed, the game will automatically use the vanilla exempt plate. So feel free to add them to you retro mods with no fear of users without this mod to complain about issues and link this as an optional if you'd like.

I've added the plate and it shows up fine, but the E texture doesn't show up, it just has a blank space. Any solution to this?
