HOW TO:
1. Download, install and run OpenIV
2. Navigate to the following:

- update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

(backup included)
There are 2 texture files, one high quality, one low.

Edit Mode

Double click: polmav+hi.ytd
Navigate: polmav_sign_1
Replace: with modded hi_Q
Close.
Double click: polmav.ytd
Navigate: polmav_sign_1
Replace: with modded low_Q
Close.
Close edit mode.
Run game.

HINT*sometimes its best to put *full* update_file into mods folder, and mod/add from there!
