New LifeGuard 4x4 !
With this GMC you can have the spinboard, and the medical gear (Lifeguard box) with a surf board and some life buoy.
The skin of the GMC is mine, but feel free to make one better, just respect the credits :)
The original GMC is from hippypunk, converted from san andreas to gta v by him, and the original model by mad max.
I hope you will enjoy the new GMC for the LSFD Lifguard !

The lightbar on top doesn't work. Did I fucked something up?
Umm......GMC for LSFD? But what you wrote on the car is "Los Angeles Fire Dept."
@sammyboy Is the whole lightbar black because if it is then make the window tint to None
