Changes regular plates to Italian Plates.
You need OpenIV to install this mod.

HOW TO INSTALL:

1. Start OpenIV

2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V (main folder) > x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf

3. Enable Edit mode

4. Replace "vehshare.ytd" with my file***

5. Done
