Can you make a graffiti mod?

@Urfatunnaqib - for real! i want to be able to go around the map and put up a piece in some hard to reach places!

but, these spots are really hard to find in openIV...

Can I add Mule textures from other mods without removing these textures, I do wanna get the durex one too XD somebody help me out?

Askew! This is pretty cool, Id like to see a huge "graffiti overhaul" mod that adds replaces most of the stuff in the game with burners from all the active heads in la while also adding a slew of tags and throws all placed appropriately (this would be critical). @UTAPOUT would be a nice resource for this idea. There are a lot of immovable objects that would look great with graff. ie the back of billboards. Id probably do it myself but I don't know the first thing about modding.. If it was done right It could add a lot of realism to the game and you wouldn't need to be a writer to appreciate it.

Wish it was less of a task to find the graff you do, I spent about 5 hours going throuhg so many textures and tagging them with throwies and handstyles and its almost non existant int he city can;t see anything anywhere aaprt from a few
