Replace the downloaded vehshare.ytd to the one in: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ folder
For new images, you can open vehshare.ytd and replace the plate images with any of plate0x.png
Plates:
Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman 1, Oman 2, Saudi Arabia New, Saudi Arabia Old
v1.2:
Added Saudi Arabia New Plate (as image)
v1.1:
Adjusted Oman Plate (Red) to clearly read the numbers
