@magoedadamov It's a map retexture. The three posters behind Simeon's dealership were originally meant for some yoga or exercise or some shit. This is based on a real-life posters in San Francisco I think...

Still using it,a must have and a cool detail to the game.Oh and a pretty good reference to the 3 apartments at real life L.A when this game was being developed.
