hi i try downloading it but it only comes up as a paper file nothing to open it up w i even use rar file opener for my mods but this isnt working..please fix ty
@nikochico56 In order to open it with winrar you have to rename the archive 12cc5f-Route 66.oiv to 12cc5f-Route 66.zip. You can make an auto installation via OpenIV (without renaming the 12cc5f-Route 66.oiv) or manual after you unzip it (see assembly.xml after you unzip it in order to see where each file goes). If all these look Chinese (or Greek) to you, read some tutorials first about OpenIV.
