Replaces Karen Daniels (Michelle) voice as she's nowhere used in the game.
Automatic Installation OIV,
Install OpenIV to proceed with installation.
in-game if you have simple trainer by sjaak327 installed, then select Karen's
voice in the voice menu under Select Voice 2 category.

If you also find the breathing noise that appears when running while playing as her annoying, then in order to fix that, you must install,
Silenced NPC Breathing Voice.
Note that it also silences Michael's breathing voice.
goes to mods/x64/audio/sfx/PAIN.rpf/.
Here's also Female Breathing Voice as said it also affects Michael's breathing voice so yeah use it as you wish, this one's .OIV Installation.
Bugs
If Sadie Adler skin gets fixed to use facial animations her mouth won't move right with some words she says.

Changed ped version draw gun to better version, now she more has enough than asking what is wrong with ones she draws gun to,
lowered volume a bit.

increasing all voice sample rate to 48000hz,
now you can hear her speak even in battles that has custom weapon sounds.

Replaced some Sadie lines which didn't fit properly into its place.

I approved it, but please add some brief installation instructions to the description as well.
@meimeiriver did it, but i find it unessecary as ppl can just read readme.txt file for the installation instructions.
@GJ1996 It helps taking off the load of the server. :) If ppl can immediately see what needs to be done, they can then decide, on the spot, whether it's too difficult for them to do, or don't have some required, underlying mod, etc, so file doesn't need to be downloaded first.

@MrGTAmodsgerman too difficult because CJ's voice files are on too low sample rate these would be barely heard in-game if i just replaced those, if i had program to mass change sample rate for all files in the folder then it would be easier but i am not yet aware of such program that could do that.

@GJ1996 I think all audio files where linked to the peds trough audio dat files. Haven't you messed with them yet? Get Codewalker and use his RPF Explorer to edit audio dat files. Audio editing still needs more people who discover the unkown values of what they do so CW can get an update which give these values correct names. https://discord.gg/J3qJqa
@MrGTAmodsgerman sure, but the quality of audio of GTA SA voice files are still on too low sample rate even GTA IV Niko voice files are quite quiet in GTA V and these are 24000hz sample rate and GTA V players have voice files that are 48000hz sample rate and Sadie voice files are 36000hz.

@GJ1996 I use for mp, Is there any voice for breathing, shop robbery or stealing cars?
@zorrozol no because NPC's doesn't have breathing voice they use player one so if you were to replace Michael's breathing voice Michael would have it as well and there is no Sadie skin that replaces player yet the only one available is locked too.
@zorrozol but RDR2 has multiple female breathing voice files if you don't care about Michael, then should be quite easy to replace too
@zorrozol i just discovered that files pain_female_01 and pain_female_02 has female inhale and exhale files, replace michael's inhale and exhale with those and there you have it female breathing voice.

@GJ1996 thanks, It is strange that Michael's cell phone and Micheal's breathing voice are like Mps. I changed this voice before, because when I ran I noticed Michael breathing. Yes, I completely don't care about Michale. Do these files include the sound of coming out of the water? I don't think it's complete.
@zorrozol no, but the ones when you come out of the water are in waveload_pain_michael.awc sounds are called swimming_come_up_for_air
