No Traffic
This mod removes all traffic and pedestrians. I specifically made this mod to be compatible with IKT's Ghost Replay Mod, since there is an issue where your game crashes after a few laps if you have traffic and pedestrians disabled thru script.
This is entirely done thru game files and not scripts.

Manual Installation GTAV
1.- Drag "popgroups.ymt" into this directory
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\levels\gta5
2.- Done.
