Hello, I've made this dispatch for me, but I've uploaded it here because maybe someone will like it.
MAKE A BACKUP
1 star
- 2 police cars will arrive in a short time (15-25 sec)
2 stars
- 2 -3 police cars and FBI cars
3 stars
- removed helicopter
- more police and FBI (possible CIA agents but it's rare)
- added road block
- added police boats
4 stars
- less police and FBI
- added SWAT
- added police helicopter
- added SWAT helicopter
- added more road blocks
- added more police boats
5 stars (longer pursuit)
- less police and FBI
- added SWAT
- added police helicopter
- added SWAT helicopter
- added more road blocks

If you don't like it, just don't install it, as I said, It was made just for me.

cool, but it left a weird after taste for me
Cool, but having the FIB that early in the dispatch is a little weird for me.
Forgot to rate it, but I have to be fair with it.
@MarineMan2016 That's okay, everybody has their opinion. I was bored with the normal police so I change it with FIB and some CIA guys, got bored with normal police officers, this way is better to me :)
I see. I prefer to have the FIB come at 4 stars along with the NOOSE TRU teams; 5 stars is reserved for the army (in my case).
