This cinematic preset is usable with Enhanced and Legacy versions of the game, not intended to be used with other graphics mods but not incompatible.
Fair Warning - Some story missions are a little more difficult due to nighttime being darker
- No other weather lighting mods are presently being used, only Reshade. -
- Other mods used:
Forests of San Andreas: Revised - Larcius
Realistic CaliLights - DgtlBrandxn

copy and paste this link into the search bar.
- INSTALLING FOR OFFLINE/SINGLE PLAYER -
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First of all, you must have reshade installed, make sure all preset things are checked so you have the whole thing.
-- You should have the game with reshade installed.
- Secondly, UNZIP the MELTDOWN file anywhere you want
-- you can make a new folder to unzip the file in or do it in your downloads
- Right click "MELTDOWN.ini" and copy.
- Go to steam, browse your local files and find the common directory for your steam games.
- Directory would look like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V" in your file explorer
- Paste "MELTDOWN.ini" into Grand Theft Auto V's main directory.
- GTAV's ingame brightness setting must be set to the direct center.
CHANGELOG:
Update 1.1 - 11/3/2025 - Lightroom has been added and adjusted (may impact performance) ; Vibrance has been shifted from "-0.100" to "-0.150."
Update 1.2 - 12/3/2025 - Gamma, Contrast, Exposure has been adjusted ; Gallery Overhaul
GLITCHES
- There are visual glitches with the clouds and some dust particles.
-- The clouds stretch across the sky and desert/snow partcles will sometimes become opaque.
It's not game breaking as far as I know, just looks weird, I still have fun with it.

@deqilaf if it can run reshade, it should be able to run MELTDOWN. I've never used FiveM myself
