Created this mod to support hairstyles with different texture options.
And also gives you enough space for a tone of hair-files.
**UPDATE NOTES: fixed ReadMe | downsizing **
This mod contains:
- 600 Slots for hair for MP male
- 600 Slots for hair for MP female
This includes:
- 26 Textures each
- 3 Packs | each 200 Slots
>>> For not overloading the game
- Compatible with other mods like mpClothes, femalemods, malemods and more
Installation instructions:
1. Drop folders "hair" | "hair2" | "hair3" here:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Edit "dlclist.xml"
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
>>> Add following:
dlcpacks:/hair/
dlcpacks:/hair2/
dlcpacks:/hair3/
IMPORTANT:
Files need to be named like following:
mesh: hair_000_u.ydd - hair_000_u.ydd - .... - hair_199_u.ydd
textures: hair_diff_000_a_uni.ytd - hair_diff_000_b_uni.ytd - ... - hair_diff_000_z_uni.ytd (mesh namend hair_000_u.ydd)
TIP:
Use Advanced Renamer.

works pretty good, but you cant spawn freemode Male, when using this. Will this be fixed? : )
@harloway the problem is GTA5 can´t handle so many dlcs at once, so you need to disable some in the dlclist.xml

@GekkoLilly installed the mod. Slots went in no prob. Hairs not showing. Numbered correctly with proper file names.

as far as i use this hair dlcpack, i cant spawn a male character anymore. My Menyoo instant crashes, only occurswith the hair mod
@GekkoLilly , I figured out the issue with hair. I put them in the wrong file.

Sadly it´s no slot mod, but for me my version is working fine. So maybe it´s helpful for you too.

Looks like an interesting idea, but it is unclear where inside of "hair" folder to put mesh and texture files. Should it be "...\hair\dlc.rpf\common\data" ? Thank you!
No instructions, very confusing, and when I tried it it doesn't work, all the hair textures are green.
