@kakarot i know how you feel i was playin gta v on a alienware gtx 650 for the longest time and my textures would be poppin in and out it sucked drove me crazy but i finally got a asus rog with a gtx 960 and it runs smooth
lol i have a dell latitude e5540 defintly not for running GTA but it worls nicley at low settings

@FIFASam I have NVIDIA Quadro RTX 8000 48GB GDDR6 and it give me 150 fps at all time in ultra settings.
Running a lot of mods, I experience some slowdowns. Since I use this hack I have gained a lot of FPS. Thanks to the developer.
@FIFASam It's 2024 and I game on an office PC.
