If you've ever been bothered by the bug of flickering reflections in puddles, then most likely you installed the 2015 mod "Clean Flashlight". The author of the mod mistakenly removed some texture from "graphics.ytd", which led to the error. Just change your "graphics.ytd" to a new one.

Installation:
Drop "graphics.ytd" in to
Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > textures - graphics.ytd

@Michael21107 Maybe with other mods that change the Graphics.ytd file, I encountered a problem in this particular mod. I won't speak for others.
