Real 1990s Ads for Times Square/Star Junction with activity added in for authenticity. A few ads are reused from LoadGamePL's 2001 Mod for GTA IV, everything else is done by me. Mod works with Liberty V and Liberty Rewind.
INSTALLATION
Ads:
Drag the "manhat09" into mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > manhatny > dlc.rpf > levels > gta5 > ny > manhat >
Activity:
Simply drag "TSAlive" to your Map Editor folder and you're set!

does anyone know if this can be installed on the new liberty city presivation project mod?
@Millennia Inc I tried it, and it worked visually, but there was no collision for anything.
I ended up getting this to work, by opening this archive and extracting the advertisement textures in openIV. (File -> Open -> Downloads -> mod.zip -> manhat09.rpf)
Then I put opened the same file within the LCPP section of the mods folder and just dragged the textures on top. Most of them seem to work, though a few are stretched.
