Anyone knows why the grass outside and the beaches/sand is not spawning in? I tried downloading some file that someone said should fix it but it did not work.

One of greatest mod for me and it works fine. Use OpenIV while following explained paths. Some tricks; don't copy mod files to "mods" folder via OpenIV. And always edit dlclis.xml file via notepad on the deskop. After that drag and drop it from deskop.
