This Map Mod adds a new Island to GTA5.
It is located in the North of San Andreas.
It is great to explore and have fun. The Island has its own Airport, so you can land on it.
You can also reach the island by boat. You will see Valleys, Shops, Police/Fire Stations, Construction Areas,
Mountains (Yes you can hike up the mountain), Gas Stations and more... Just explore!
Bugs:
It contains some small bugs.
You can race through walls if you are too fast; Roads and Night look too bright.
Also be warned. Every Map Mod is causing fps drops. It is unavoidable.
Don´t forget the work and time I spent to make this mod. So be kind and leave a like :-).

1. Use the newest Version of GTA5
2. Install the newest ScriptHookV
3. Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x64, x86, Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 x64, x86.
4. Install newest ScriptHookVDotNet
5. Download newest NativeUI
If you followed those steps please continue with Installation:

The Installation isn´t explained very good there. So please to this:
2.1Install the "adp_Shbr.oiv" like its explained.
2.2Now go to "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml"
2.3 Edit dlclist.xml and add the following line to it.
dlcpacks:\addonprops\
-2.4 Dont follow the steps with "AddContentToYourSpawnerObjectlist.txt" because you already downloaded my Proplist.
3. Now go to "Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff" and put the "PropList.txt" in it.
6. Now go to "Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff/Spooner" and put SunValley1.2.1xml or SunValleyLIGHTVERSION.xml in it.
5. Now Start the game and load SunValley1.2.1xml. You can teleport to Reference or Visit it by boat or plane.
6. Now.. Just Enjoy! :)

@Vitalik2187836 I second that! If it was actually part of the map, it would solve a lot of issues. Still a really nice project.
@autofan999 Vice V (vice city mod) work also with menyoo or map editor and its load with the game
so i think its possable next question its only "How" :D
Hello there, I am following all the steps that you said in the desc, both with AddonProps too. But, as the loading finished from loading the maps. All Props is floating there is no road or something like that. Kinda need help with this
@TheSentinels Make sure you have the correct object list in Menyoo and make sure you added the Custom Prop correctly by following the readme file in the archive.
WoW! amazing job man, i can see you guys have put a lot of effort into this mod ,good job.
I'm not going to give a rating yet due to the fact that when I load the map there's no ground and it says that the props are invalid, therefore the proplist isn't working can I please get help? I would really like this map if it worked I know it's me being dumb though.

I have an update for this but I cant get a hold of autofan. Sun Valley 1.3 has a longer runway and a new port for ships.
Maybe add Traffic? With Codewalker?
@YuseiZockt Ill look into it.
Might want to consider having 1) The prop files in all the updates and 2) a text file with all the additional props that this mod adds for the people with multiple map mods

lovin every fps of it. also kinda wish i knew how to mod again, been years since i modded for myself. i have zmodeler, but need to buy a license, going to be getting 3ds or whatever that program is called. anything else that will help me, and if i need any help with anything, who are the modders i can get ahold of who have been in the modding business for years?
