To use this map file you will need 2 mods.

Just drag the FranklinsSafeHouse-FirstOne.xml to \Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
And then while playing the game open menyoo menu>Spooner>Manage Saved Files> search for the file name and load it.
