Textures of roads and some parking lots disappear. How to fix it?

Hi, I downloaded the zip file from here and opened the zip. and downloaded it from the link but it shows "This site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo in we.tl."

Textures are disappearing and multiple textures are purple, this happens almost everywhere. I do use NVE, maybe that's the issue?

@Sun8845 no, remove any nve add.ons, otherwise uninstall nve and just install the 2 OIV files

Ahhhh, and here i thought you said you wouldn't support FiveM, would've followed updates on this if I knew otherwise. Only recently fully deleted it from my PC and need to redownload it.
