Nicely done! I always thought the run down Paleto didn't fit well as most of the Cal coastal town are very nice. We alredy have Sandy and Grapeseed that are Rundown so this is great.

I used to hate this mod, but it gru on me. There is one problem though. I think you failed to include Paul Blart Mall Cop (tm) in this pack.
How could i make this work with FiveM? Great textures

how have i missed this for so long
Almost perfect. Only thing I could recommend is changing the door of paleto pets to the same as the bay bar, and also changing the paleto policensign from a badge to the paleto seal like on the artwork. Wonderful job overall though, I love it.
Would love to see something like this for Sandy Shores and Grapeseed. Love it. 👍
