Hey guys this is my first mod for GTA 5. Its nothing to special just a small trailer house in North Yankton that I built using Map Editor and i think it is pretty cool. It is cool for roleplays witch is why I built it. I hope you all like it and if you have any suggestions or things you would like me to add then definitely let me know!

I would suggest replacing blazer3 instead of the normal one or else everyone in Sandy will have one and its kinda weird unless its snowing there too.
