Update: More mirrors
This will Fix all the mirrors inside the Malibu mansion by giving portals and editing a shader used in and then showing good results.
Making all existing mirrors in the interior to function.
Dedicated to Malibu Mansion [Add-On] [MLO]
Requirements:
- OpenIV
- Winrar
features:
-Reflection wall mirrors at master bedroom and bathroom, guestrooms, recording studio are working.
-Mirror at Mcdonald sink, mirror at the Gym room, Reflection at dining bar just like in Michael de santa house' kitchen table.
instructions:
1. Assume you have the latest Malibu mansion DLC.
2. With OpenIV edit mode, drag and drop the updated files to add/replace the old ones.
malibu_kitche_mirror.ydr
malibu_mirr.ydr
m_guestbathrooms_int.ydr
mansion_1_txd.ytd
to..
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\malibu_mansion\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\malibu_mansion.rpf
and
malibu_mansion.ytyp
to..
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\malibu_mansion\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\malibu_mansion_metadata.rpf
3. Done , you have successfully made the mirrors work.
4. Test it ingame.

@jamesays The moment I saw your mod addon/fix, I decided to 'Feature' it. :) Mirrors are a major thing, as are MLO's in general; so, these 'new technology' are the kind of things we'd like to encourage ppl to make. I, for one, was very happy to see it arrive.

I also want to put mirrors in the Designer_House dlc but the problem is it is not in MLO , if convert it to interior version it would take sometime .. but for now all I can do is put fake mirrors on it.

@Psoyun100 that is impossible since rockstar didn't implement true mirrors in cars . . unless if they update the engine and make portal be available in vehicles call , unfortunately portals is only in MLO so there is no way true reflection can be called from except than that.

@racingfreddie it doesn't matter , i would delete this mod after he absorb this to his dlc , what matter is the fix.
