cargens can generate/automatic spawn parked vehicles in a specific area.
this simply add cargens to the Designer House DLC so that everytime you walk in to that house you will have a specific vehicle you can use. . A car and A chopper will spawn ..
you can edit the file and replace the car models you want to be automatically spawned using OpenIV.
Required download: Designer House [Add-On] by BigShaqNOKetchup
no map editor plugin is required for this mod.
Instructions is inlcuded in the rar package.

I did the same thing myself, but it seems that car or chop won't spawn every time,especially when you save the game in the house.
And some vehicle model seems not work by cargens,for example seashark.
@bitichong maybe it behaves that way alike of the vanilla random cargens.. it is not exactly like protagonist cargen like how michael family's car do..
sea shark is a sea vehicle .. i will try to look if there are cargens in the sea..

@jamesays Do you know how to remove generic cars spawns in madrazzo ranch?
@GIAN_97 easy , just rename the carmodel name in cargens in its ymap to 0 and replace the root ymap not in custom_maps folder.
